About Power Sprayer for agriculture
Power sprayer for agriculture is usually operated by internal combustion engines. The pressure pump of this power sprayer is operated by a small power unit with constant pressure. These machines are usually portable and knapsack types.
A power sprayer for agriculture machine essentially consists of following parts:

Prime mover
Prime mover is needed to supply power to the power sprayer. It is usually internal combustion engine.
Tank
Plastic tanks are getting popular because it is free from corrosion and ease of moulding into smooth shapes. The opening end of the tank is fitted with a removable strainer that is provided for easy filling, inspection and cleaning. A drain plug is there at the bottom of the tank for draining the liquid.
Agitator
Agitators are needed to agitate the liquid of the tank. Propeller or paddle type mechanical agitator are provided for agitating the liquid. Horizontal shaft may be used with flat blades to rotate.
Air Chamber
At the discharge line of the pump, an air chamber is provided to level out the pressure of the pump, thereby providing a constant nozzle pressure.
Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge is provided on the discharge line to guide the operator about high pressure of spray to maintain specified limit.
Pressure Regulator
It is meant for adjusting the pressure of the sprayer according to the requirement of the crops in the field.
Strainer
A strainer is placed in the suction line between the tank and the pump, which helps to remove dust, dirt and other foreign materials.
Nozzle
Nozzle helps to break the liquid into the droplets and deliver constantly to all crops.
